2. Return Windows

Return eligibility varies by component:

• Headband Processing Unit (Forehead module): 30 days

• Sensor Band: 14 days

3. Refund Schedule (Hardware)

Refund amounts for headband purchases are calculated based on the date the return is initiated:

• Days 1–14: Eligible for a Full Refund.

• Days 15–30: Eligible for a Partial Refund. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus a $49 processing fee.
